UX Design

User experience design is a powerful methodology for creating usable apps, web sites, kiosks, and point of sale systems. User-centred UX design puts users and usability at the heart of the user interface design process.

Our UX consultants' deep expertise and experience enable them to  rapidly design user interfaces that are easy to use, functional, and technically feasible.

We involve users at every stage of design, including primary research into user requirements, collaborative design workshops and usability testing.

Usability Testing

Usability testing is also available as a stand-alone service for objectively establishing whether an existing application, web site, intranet or software package is easy to use and meets users' needs. Usability testing is a formal methodology involving sample users attempting realistic tasks using the system. Tests are video taped and thoroughly analysed, from which we provide a prioritised report of usability issues and concrete, practical recommendations.

Training

Look and Feel Australia's consultants can provide in-house customised training for your team on any of our range of skills and services. Training is hands-on, and includes real-life examples from actual consulting experiences of the instructor. 

As a value-added service, we include telephone and email support from the instructor for six months after completion of the workshop to all participants.

We are also available to speak at public conferences and workshops.
